Good to know

No permanent HWRC in Westminster; residents can use WRWA's Smugglers Way HWRC (cars must book). Westminster also runs periodic Community Mobile Recycling Centres (max five bulky items per household, proof of Westminster address for bulky items, no builders' or hazardous waste). Payment at WRWA by major credit/debit card only.
